Returns
At Mina Roe, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original form
of payment. The following rules apply:
- Returns and exchanges will be gladly accepted at Mina Roe within 30 days of receipt
- All items must be returned in the unworn/ undamaged condition it was received. All tags should still be attached and the security vine should not be tampered with or removed.
- All reduced priced items are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Mina Roe reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
Returning By Mail:
To start the process of your return, please complete a Returns Form by logging into My Account; this will
inform you of your order’s eligibility.
Eligible merchandise may be returned FREE if received within 7 days of the delivery date, depending on
location; above exclusions apply.
A return fee of $9.95 will apply for orders that are not eligible for free returns. Alternatively, returns can be
made using a courier or post office of your choice – with tracking.
Refund and Store Credit Policy
- Refunds are issued after your returned item has been received and has cleared our inspection process. We inspect all returned items for damages, this includes removal of original tags and security vines.
- The time it takes for you to receive your refund depends on your payment method and card provider. Typically refunds through PayPal are refunded immediately and refunds through credit cards may take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.
- Items not eligible for refunds: Baby Shower Collection, Sale items, Gift cards, Items received after the 30 days of delivery date and damaged items.
- Store credits are valued for 12 months and can be used to purchase anything in our store.
- Store credits cannot be transferred from one customer to another.
- Please keep your store credit code safe, we are not responsible if your store credit is lost or stolen.
